This guide walks you through setting up your profile, reviewing daily job matches, and leveraging AI-powered application strategies to land your next role.
What Mova does for you
Every day, Mova scans multiple job boards for roles that fit your profile and scores each one against your criteria. Every match also comes with an application strategy: a gap analysis, CV and ATS keyword suggestions, and a cover letter written for that role. You stay in control. Mova never applies for you, so every application is reviewed, edited and submitted by you.
Your first week with Mova
- Complete onboarding: add your CV, target roles, location and salary expectations.
- Give it time: your first matches can take up to 48 hours to appear on your dashboard.
- Optimize your search: on your first login, review the AI suggestions and add the job titles that fit.
- Review your matches: open each match, check the details and shortlist the roles you want to apply for.
- Apply with a strategy: use the gap analysis, keyword suggestions and cover letter, make them your own, then apply.
- Track your progress: move shortlisted jobs through your Job Tracker.
