4. Paid Subscriptions & Payment Processing
Our Service offers paid Subscriptions. When You purchase a Subscription or paid feature:
Third-Party Payment Processors: We utilize reputable third-party payment processors (e.g., Polar) to handle payment processing, subscription management, and invoicing.
Payment Data Handling: We do not store or collect complete payment card numbers, CVVs, or sensitive financial credentials on Our own servers. All payment information is provided directly to Our third-party processors, whose use of Your Personal Information is governed by their respective privacy policies.
PCI-DSS Compliance: Our third-party payment processors adhere to the standards set by PCI-DSS as managed by the PCI Security Standards Council, helping ensure the safe handling of payment information.
Subscription Management: We store billing history, plan selection, transaction IDs, tax region, and renewal dates to manage Your Subscription lifecycle, generate compliant invoices, and prevent fraud.
5. Remarketing & Targeted Advertising Services

Scope of PostHog Tracking

Event Tracking & Product Analytics: PostHog records interactions such as button clicks, page views, navigation paths, feature interactions, and general browser/device characteristics to help Us improve platform UX.

We DO NOT sell Your Personal Information for monetary consideration.
Sharing for Targeted Advertising: We may share internet activity data with remarketing partners for cross-context behavioral advertising only when You explicitly opt in via Our Cookie Banner. You can opt out at any time.

12. Data Retention & Security
Data Retention
Account & Subscription Data: Retained for the duration of Your active Subscription plus up to 7 years to satisfy corporate tax, legal, and statutory audit obligations.
PostHog & Analytics Data: Retained for up to 24 months from collection.
Marketing Consent Data: Retained until You opt out or request deletion.
Free Tool Submissions: CV files and job posting content submitted through our free ATS checker are retained for 90 days if you do not create an account. If you create an account, this data is retained as part of your Account Data above.
ATS Credit Pack Usage: CVs and job postings submitted through paid ATS credit checks within Your Account are retained as part of Your Account Data, per the retention period above.
Data Security
We implement industry-standard technical and organizational security measures (including SSL/TLS encryption in transit and encrypted data storage). Payment processing is delegated entirely to PCI-DSS certified partners.
13. Children's Privacy
Our Service is not directed to anyone under the age of 18. We do not knowingly collect Personal Data from individuals under 18. If We become aware that We have collected data from a minor under 18 without appropriate consent, We will take steps to remove that information immediately.
14. Changes to this Privacy & Cookie Policy
We may update Our Privacy & Cookie Policy periodically. We will notify You of any material changes by posting the updated policy on this page and updating the "Last updated" date at the top.
